This class is geared towards the very beginner. We will work in therReformer and incorporate props for body awareness and resistance. This class will be focused in alignment, breath, strength and mobility.
Date & Time: Monday’s and Thursday’s at 9:00 am
Duration: 12 weeks, twice a week
Semi-private Max: 4 participants
Reserve and pay prior to start date.
